Finger Millet is an amazing cereal, which helps in weight loss, rich in calcium, high in fibre content, It helps to control diabetes and anemia. In our home we usually do normal dosa, But it is very healthy dosa and easy to do.
Ingredients
- Ragi flour/ Finger millet flour - 1 cup
- Rava / semolina - 1 Cup
- Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup
- Curd - 2 tsp
- Green Chili - 1 ( Chopped)
- Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - As needed
- Big Onion - 1 (Chopped)
- Oil - As needed
Method:
Step 1:
- Take ragi flour, rice flour, rava, curd, chopped onions,green chili, torn curry leaves, cumin,salt in a bowl and add enough water to make thin batter.
- Close the bowl with a plate, Leave for 10-15 mins.
- Heat dosa pan, drizzle with oil and pour dosa batter ,drizzle some more oil and cook both sides in medium flame
- Serve hot with coconut chutney......
Notes
- The batter should be like rava dosa batter consistency.
- You can add grated carrot like vegetables in the batter.
