Simple and Spicy Fish Fingers

Fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet. It is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D. Fish is also the world's best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain. It is quick, simple and easy recipe. It's packed with flavors and super easy to make. It's a good dish for evening snack.

Ingredients:
  • Fish - 400 gms ( Cut into Long Strips without bones)
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corn Flour - 2 tsp
  • Egg White - 2
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - As needed
  • Oil - For Deep Frying
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Method:
Step 1:
  • Clean and Wash the fish, cut them like fingers.
  •  Add Ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, Marinate for 20 mins.
  • Beat the egg whites lightly, Add corn flour (1 tbsp) and 1-2 tbsp water and make a smooth paste. Dip each fish piece in egg white & roll in breadcrumbs mix.Once it is all coated. set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry all the fish fingers till golden on both sides. It will take around 7 to 8 mins.
  • Serve Hot.
Notes
  • You can use any fish fillet for this recipe.
  • You can store in refrigerator for 1-2 days and fry this just before serving.
  • Fry this in medium flame otherwise it will burn dark.
