Simple and Spicy Fish Fingers

Ingredients:
- Fish - 400 gms ( Cut into Long Strips without bones)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn Flour - 2 tsp
- Egg White - 2
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - As needed
- Oil - For Deep Frying
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Method:
Step 1:
- Clean and Wash the fish, cut them like fingers.
- Add Ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, Marinate for 20 mins.
- Beat the egg whites lightly, Add corn flour (1 tbsp) and 1-2 tbsp water and make a smooth paste. Dip each fish piece in egg white & roll in breadcrumbs mix.Once it is all coated. set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry all the fish fingers till golden on both sides. It will take around 7 to 8 mins.
- Serve Hot.
Notes
- You can use any fish fillet for this recipe.
- You can store in refrigerator for 1-2 days and fry this just before serving.
- Fry this in medium flame otherwise it will burn dark.
