Kerala Style Onion Curry is an excellent dish. It has no spice items But it consist of large amounts of onion which is very healthy. It tastes so yummy. It will be a favorite dish for children. This is very useful and easy dish for beginners. I just tried this recipe with the help of my Aunt. It comes so tasteful. So we’ve made it again and again,This is the best, easiest Indian mutton curry for all you comfort food seekers and curry lovers. surely you will love it.

- Mutton - 500 gms
- Chopped Small Onion - 1 cup
- Chopped Big Onion- 1 cup
- Red Chilli - 3 to 4
- Coriander Leaves - 1/2 handful
- Curry leaves - 2 Spring
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil - 2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Mutton Masala - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - As needed

- Heat Coconut oil in a Cooker, Add Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Red chilli, Chopped small onion, Chopped Big onion one by one, Fry until it turns golden.
- Add Ginger garlic paste, mix well until the raw smell goes up.
- Add Salt, coriander powder, mutton masala, Black Pepper Powder one by one and mix well. Allow it to cook for 5 mins.
Step 2:
- Add mutton pieces in it, Mix well, Pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Open the cooker when the pressure releases,keep the flame in low, until it comes to a gravy consistency and the oil floats on the top.
- Serve Hot, Onion Lamb curry is Ready.
Notes
- You can pressure cook for some more whistles if the mutton is not cooked.
- Add 1 & 1/2 Cups of water for pressure cooking mutton, You can adjust water when you need Thick Consistency.
- It is less spicy, but it gives excellent taste.
- You can also add Garam Masala instead of Mutton Masala.
- You can serve this for rice, Idly, Chapati, Roti.
