Simple & Tasty Chicken Gravy
Chicken Gravy

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1/2 Kg
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - As needed
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 &1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 Small Piece
- Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
- Oil - 3 Tsp
- Cloves - 2 to 3
- Coriander leaves - As needed
Method:
Step 1:
- Wash the chicken pieces, and cut to small/medium sized pieces
- Add Turmeric Powder in the chicken and mix well. Keep aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2:
- Heat a Kadai, Add oil in it
- Add Fennel Seeds, Bay leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Pepper, Cloves one by one, allow it to Sizzle.
- Add Chopped onion, fry till it turns golden
- Add Ginger Garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes up
- Add tomato and cook till they mashed up
- Add marinated chicken and mix well.
- Add Red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder one by one, Stir well
- Add salt, Little water, Cover the kadai let it cook for 10-12 minutes completely on medium flame, till oil separates.
- Finally add coriander leaves and switch off.
Notes
- You can add some curd to marinate chicken
- Adding Water is optional, because chicken already have water inside.
- You can use boneless chicken or chicken with bone.
