Delicious Carrot Kheer

Carrot Kheer

Ingredients:
  • Carrot - 1/4 Kg
  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  • Cardamom- 4 Pieces
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Cashew - 5
  • Almonds - 3


Method:

Step 1:
  • Peel the carrot and chop it
  • Take a Pressure cooker, Add milk and chopped carrot in it
  • Add Sugar, Cardamom into it
  • Allow 3-4 whistles in pressure cooker, Switch off.
  • Allow it to cool
Step 2:
  • Take a mixer add boiled carrot along with the milk
  • Grind it as a smooth paste, transfer it in a bowl
  • Heat a pan , add ghee, roast almonds and cashews.
  • Add the roasted almonds, cashews in the bowl.
Notes
  • You can serve immediately or you can re-fridge it
  • If you serve after refrigerating it for 2-3 hrs . It will taste yummy.😋😋
  • You can use condensed milk But for this you have to add some more sugar.
