Fried Idly - Tasty Quick Snack

             This is a Simple and Tasty Snack. My Mom used to make this when there is leftover Idlis. Whenever we make Idly, It is sure that we will have some leftover Idlis. We can use the Leftover Idly as a tasty Snack. Usually Kids will like this. Because It is a spicy snack. This will be useful to you for evening snack. 


Ingredients
  • Idly - 5 (refrigerated)
  • Idly Milagai Podi - 3 tsp (Click Here)
  • Salt - 2 Pinch
  • Oil - As needed


Method:
  • Cut the refrigerated Idly or day old Idly  into medium pieces, Keep aside
  • Heat oil in a Kadai, Deep Fry the Idlis until it turns Golden.
  • Drain the fried Idlis, Transfer it in a bowl, Add Idly Milagai Podi, Salt and Make it coated in all sides of Idly.
  • Serve Hot.
Notes

  • You can use only refrigerated Idlis or day old Idlis, Dont use Fresh Idlis, Because they break in the oil while frying.
  • If you have only fresh Idlis, refrigerate it for few hours. and then deep fry it.
  • Don't fry the Idlis too Brown, It should be Crisp outside and Soft Inside.
