Ingredients
- Idly - 5 (refrigerated)
- Idly Milagai Podi - 3 tsp (Click Here)
- Salt - 2 Pinch
- Oil - As needed
- Cut the refrigerated Idly or day old Idly into medium pieces, Keep aside
- Heat oil in a Kadai, Deep Fry the Idlis until it turns Golden.
- Drain the fried Idlis, Transfer it in a bowl, Add Idly Milagai Podi, Salt and Make it coated in all sides of Idly.
- Serve Hot.
Notes
- You can use only refrigerated Idlis or day old Idlis, Dont use Fresh Idlis, Because they break in the oil while frying.
- If you have only fresh Idlis, refrigerate it for few hours. and then deep fry it.
- Don't fry the Idlis too Brown, It should be Crisp outside and Soft Inside.
