Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1 (Large)
- Corn Flour - 3 tsp
- Curd/Yogurt - 2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Salt - As needed
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Oil - to Deep Fry
Method
Step 1:
- Separate the cauliflower into small florets, boil water, keep the florets inside this water covered for 5 mins. Drain water completely. Keep aside
- Take a bowl, Add Corn flour, Curd, Red Chilli powder, Salt, ginger Garlic paste, Some water, Mix it as a paste.
- Now add the florets in it, coat the masala paste in all side of florets.
- Heat kadai with oil, Deep fry the cauliflower florets until golden brown and crisp in hot oil in medium flame.
- Serve Hot.
Notes
- Boiling is optional but it ensures the outer layer coats well,otherwise while deep frying the cauliflower and outer layer may separate.
- Don't over cook the florets while boiling in water.
