Delicious Mushroom Gravy

- Button Mushroom - 200 gms (Click Here)
- Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Chopped Coconut - 1/4 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - As needed
- Salt - As needed
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Oil - 3 tsp
Step 1:
- Clean and cut the Mushroom into medium pieces, Keep aside.
- Take a Mixer, Add coconut, Fennel seeds, little water, grind it as a paste.
- Heat oil in a Kadai, Add Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, Allow it to sizzle.
- Add chopped onion into it, Fry until it turns golden.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste, Fry until the raw smell goes up, Add Chopped Tomato, Mash well.
- Add Mushroom pieces, Mix well, Add Chilly powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Salt, Mix well.
- Add Little water and cover the lid for 5 mins.
- Now open the lid, you can see the half cooked Mushroom, Now add the coconut paste and some more water.
- Cover the lid and allow it to cook until the oil gets separated.
Notes
- You can serve this for Chapati, Rice, Pulao or Naan.
- The consistency of the gravy can be adjusted according to individual preferences.
- For more Flavor and Taste, Use small onion instead of Big onion.
